VTech is excited to spotlight two of our very own this month, Kristoffer Burgos our Executive Assistant, and Katrina Langreo our Client Support Operations Team Lead. VTech is a full-service IT provider specializing in auto dealer IT support and management. We know firsthand what matters in car dealerships, which is why our executive team decided to combine over 35 years’ worth of collective industry experience. VTech’s team is composed of tech-savvy car people who are passionate about providing the best possible IT experience for our clients.
Katrina Langreo
Katrina Langreo is our operations team lead for VTech Dealer IT, providing support to auto dealerships across the country. She joined VTech five years ago and has been an integral part of our growth since then. Katrina is known for her calm demeanor and her ability to find creative solutions to complex problems. In her free time, she enjoys spending time on the beach and soaking in every sunset. We're so lucky to have Katrina on our team! Thanks, Katrina, for all that you do! What is your spirit animal?
“I would probably pick a duck because I always look calm and cool on the outside, but below the surface, I’m working like crazy to get where I need to go.”

What's your favorite thing to do at work?
“My favorite thing to do at work is being able to help our clients and colleagues with their issues and concerns. That is the most satisfying thing for me.”
- This quote from Katrina perfectly showcases her professional priority; helping clients and colleges. Katrina puts others first and prioritizes the experience of our clients to ensure their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
What is one particular skill that you would recommend everyone learn?
“Financial literacy, I think it should be taught in school.”
- Katrina works hard to work with our clients to explain the logistics and help them understand the financial commitment that can be needed in most situations. As a customer support lead, she paves the way to being personable and helpful to all of our clients.

What is your spirit animal? Explain why.
“My spirit animal would be an eagle because like an eagle, I want to soar high to accomplish my goals in life. Just never back down on challenges!”
- Kristoffer has soared since onboarding with us over a year ago. He has demonstrated a work ethic that is to be admired by the rest of our team. Kristoffer doesn’t back down from any of life's challenges both personally and professionally.
What is one particular skill that you would recommend everyone learn?
“Don’t be afraid to ask for help or to look things up on the internet.”
- This shows how resourceful and humble Kristoffer is as an individual. There is so much to learn each and every day, and Kristoffer takes on life with a humble and curious attitude.
What's your favorite thing to do at work?
“Meetings. Meetings. Meetings - Makes me feel more involved with the team.”
- There is not much more involvement one can show than their dedication and passion for meetings. Kristoffer eagerly awaits the chance to connect with our clients and other employees to work towards solutions!
